Our Village Hall is a charity, run by a committee of volunteers who work together to maintain a welcoming space  available to both the local community and commercial hirers.

The halls are suitable for entertainment events – Quizzes, Musical evenings, Concerts etc. The maximum seated capacity is 80 people.

These halls can also be hired for Celebrations, Children’s birthday parties, Anniversaries, Christenings, Wakes, Retirement parties etc.

Please note that the halls are not available for teenage and young adult birthday parties, etc. except for Great Bridgeford residents (and then only with on-site parental supervision and at the discretion of the committee.)

All one-off bookings are subject to management committee approval. Approval will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The large, rectangular shaped hall is suitable for all types of activities and includes a stage. There are plenty of tables of various sizes and a large number of comfortable chairs. The lighting can be adjusted. There is a serving hatch from the kitchen and a large mobile projector screen is available.

SMALL HALL

A rectangular shaped hall suitable for all types of activities including meetings and is similar to the main hall but without a stage. There is also access to the external patio and outside facilities. There are plenty of tables of various sizes and a large number of comfortable chairs. The main serving counter from the kitchen is in this room.

Both Halls are remotely control heated. Levels may be requested at booking.

This well equipped facility is suitable for all catering needs and includes:

Separate men’s, women’s and a disabled toilet (with baby changing facility) all accessed via main entrance hall.
